I’ve been working on websites since the early 90s when my team at Bank of America first began experimenting with an internal network and new reporting systems. We built a robust CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) used by the commercial bank across the nation with millions of clients, accounts and contact records.
My manager at Bank of America also recognized my creative side and told me I was a frustrated graphic artist. She knew that because the look and usability of our systems was equally important to me. I was often called upon to teach our system to commercial bank employees. I was equally comfortable with senior management, loan officers and administrative staff. Training made me very aware of how they responded to our designs and how we could improve them.
I have extensive experience with a broad range of web technologies including shopping carts, databases, web animations, video editing and Sales and CRM systems.
